Rhode Island 250 — Fourth of July Commemoration

edit, color and sound design for the RI250 Commission, Office of the Rhode Island Secretary of State. cut from Canon C-Log 2 B-roll, R3D raw A-roll and DJI Mavic 2 aerials. several separate events across Providence, condensed into one narrative — political representatives, military speakers and Native American voices — building to the torch parade from the State House down to WaterFire. final audio mastering by a third party.

A Fight For Freedom

editor and colorist on a documentary honouring the Black Patriots of the American Revolution — via Luminous. cut from R3D raw A-roll, Canon C-Log 2 B-roll and around 100 stills, paintings and maps. the script was strong and I followed it; the tonal register across sections was my own, from hard historical fact through personal accounts of slavery to present-day reparations work. delivered as a captioned master, thirteen standalone segments and a trailer.

Australian Industry Leaders Joint Statement — Uluru Statement from the Heart

editor and colorist on a joint statement from a coalition of fourteen Australian companies. produced at Shootsta, where I was a staff editor at the time. each company sent its own camera operator, so fourteen different camera packages, formats and lighting setups had to be graded and cut into one continuous piece — each speaker given a distinct beat without breaking the rhythm of the whole. parallel stakeholder cuts maintained through review.

UNSW – Campus Security Awareness Series

edit and sound design for UNSW Protective Services — via StoryStack. 1.5 hours of Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera Log. the brief called for suspense without alarm: risk implied through small visual cues and carried mostly by sound, then released rather than escalated. ambient, floating beds guide the viewer without announcing themselves. delivered as five standalone stories plus a compilation cut.

editor — via The Company We Keep. long, circling interview statements condensed into one clear endorsement. most of the work was structural: finding the through-line inside answers that took a while to arrive, then cutting straight to it. two strong brand identities to hold on screen at once without either overwhelming the other.

Product Explainer (Synura)

script, direction and animation, working directly with the client — no agency. the only piece here I authored end to end. I wrote the script and voiceover from a study of the product, storyboarded it, briefed a designer against the client’s brand guidelines, then rebuilt the delivered Illustrator files in After Effects for animation. reviewed in stages across script, design, animation and sound.
